Calling out to all bread lovers and fans of Li Nanxing’s Dried Scallop Hae Bee Hiam! 5 new exclusive Hae Bee Hiam items prepared using LNX Dried Scallop Hae Bee Hiam will be unveiled at House of Bakers at NTUC FairPrice Xtra Parkway on 22 January. House of Bakers, a new bakery concept collaborates exclusively with NTUC FairPrice Xtra, featuring the first cross breed of well-loved European, American and Asian breads and pastries curated for the local taste buds, with the Asian range made from Japanese flour and premium ingredients.

In this first-ever collaboration of House of Bakers at NTUC FairPrice Xtra Parkway Parade,  LNX has worked in tandem with the FairPrice R&D Team to curate the 5 new items exclusively handcrafted with his Dried Scallop Hae Bee Hiam, these items include 4 bread creations and 1 Lunar New Year goodie - the Deliciously Ugly Hae Bee Hiam Zucchini Pizza, Deliciously Ugly Hae Bee Hiam Floss Pizza, Hae Bee Hiam Butter Bun, Hae Bee Hiam Swirly Loaf and Hae Bee Hiam Pineapple Tart, a perfect treat to enjoy during the upcoming Lunar New Year with your friends and loved ones.
