For the first time, IPPUDO is collaborating with a celebrity to launch a special limited-time-only ramen in Singapore. To celebrate its 11th anniversary in Singapore, the ramen specialist has teamed up with Li Nanxing, to come up with the Singapore-exclusive Dried Scallop Hae Bee Hiam Ramen. Priced at S$25++, the Dried Scallop Hae Bee Hiam Ramen will be available from 17 to 23 December 2020 at IPPUDO Mandarin Gallery, Star Vista and Guoco Tower.

The locally inspired ramen is a medley of IPPUDO's rich tonkotsu broth and miso paste, fragrant garlic oil infused with sambal, homemade IPPUDO ramen noodles and a big slab of flame-seared chashu. LNX Dried Scallop Hae Bee Hiam contributes an umami punch and powerful fiery note that lingers on the palate.
